The work consists of the transformation of nine floors of the emblematic Edificio TORRE de MADRID into a hotel for the BARCELO group.
The hotel has 230 rooms distributed on the first nine floors of the building, with three more floors dedicated to the reception, bars, lounges, restaurants and other public areas.
The building was operational during the transformation, permitting only the closure of the areas where work was being carried out.
Air conditioning and BMS installations were undertaken. Work has also been done on the risers and on the 39th floor rooftop, employing very special lifting maneuvers.
