Descripción del Proyecto
A project that contemplates two high-rise office buildings dedicated to trade & commerce in addition to business services. Also featuring a retail zone and a public square.
The complex combines work spaces, retail and leisure, with large public spaces, in addition to being directly connected to the various transport networks, converting the project in a real landmark in the city.
The air conditioning system will consist of three environmentally friendly modular heat inverter water cooling units. The refrigerated water will be delivered to the interior air conditioning units through a centrifugal pump system. Proportional operation with sensorless drive technology, will adjust the water supply according to the real needs of the building.
A variable-flow refrigeration system consisting of condensers and internal units installed for meeting rooms and social areas.
A ductless mechanical ventilation system for the displacement and extraction of air is contemplated for the eight basement levels.
All systems will be controlled by an intelligent management system that optimizes the energy consumption and achieves a close control and high operating performance of the system.
