This project consists of equipping the well G1 bis with hydraulic and electrification gear and in the hydraulic and electric connection to the Goloso water storage tank.
The civil engineering works consists mainly in the construction of a pumping hall, trenching for the canalization of hydraulics, electrics, cathodic protection mechanisms, remote control, and the landscaping of the terrains adjacent to the well.
To equip the well 346m of 200mm hot galvanized steel tubing with reducing flange unions was employed for the pressure pipe. 346m of 3mm stainless steel tubing with a one and a quarter inch thread and sleeved joints was used for water level measurements and to house the water measuring gauge.
The project also included the commissioning of 3300 volt, 340 kW at 2935 rpm, submersible self priming electric pump operated by frequency converters.
The electric equipment consists of the installation of switching and transformer centers:
• 24 kV MV cells, three phase power transformers 630 KVA vegetable oil immersion of 20 kV / 690 /400V
• Special version for harmonics and 630 KVA three-phase lifting transformer in a 620 V / 3,327 V vegetable oil immersion.
• Special version for frequency converters.
• Transformer protection and control automation panels with CPC.
