Descripción del Proyecto
In May 2013, the Office National de l'Assainissement (ONAS) awarded TEDAGUA the contract for the new SE4 wastewater treatment plant in the city of Nabeul, with a treatment capacity of 17,000 m3/day and serves a population of 173,000 equivalent inhabitants.
The process designed by TEDAGUA consists of desanding - degreasing, primary decanting, nitrification-denitrification with phosphorus removal and biological treatment with activated sludge.
The sludge line treatment consists of mechanical sludge dewatering, anaerobic stabilization by digestion and co-generation through biogas recovery. The treatment of odours is carried out by photo-ionization.
The tertiary treatment of the treated water is carried out by continuous filtration and treatment with UV radiation.
