Rehabilitation of the sewerage and drinking water networks in the area known as LIMA NORTE II, LOTE 2 in the districts of Comas, Carabayllo, Los Olivos and San Martín de Porres in Lima, Peru.
The rehabilitation includes 280 km of piping, 34,000 household drinking water connections, 15,000 domestic sewer connections, installation of 850 pre-locators for leakage, construction of 1,150 connections to the existing network, installation of 1,500 valves and rehabilitation of 1,900 manholes.
The main objective of the project is to provide adequate provision of drinking water and sewerage services and improve operational management, with a planning outlook up to 2038. The project will have a great influence on improving the quality of life of the citizens resident in this part of the capital (northern cone of the city of Lima) and will be visible through a constant supply of drinking water, improvements in the sewerage service and improvements in the operation and control of the system.
