El objetivo del proyecto PLUG&CHARGE es desarrollar una solución completa orientada a agilizar y optimizar los procesos actuales relacionados con la recarga de vehículos eléctricos, así como identificar y proveer nuevos canales de comunicación para obtener información durante los procesos de recarga y la marcha de los vehículos, en pro de cerrar el círculo entre los diferentes agentes que intervienen o pueden intervenir en la gestión de la recarga y gestión de flotas de vehículos.
Se está desarrollando un nuevo producto como nueva generación de sistemas de recarga de VE que permita la comunicación con el propio vehículo (basados en el estándar ISO/IEC 15118 o en un protocolo propio) y a su vez con el sistema de gestión (basado en el estándar OCPP que permita introducir en este toda la funcionalidad de la comunicación con el VE, basado en el estándar ISO 15118).
El fin último es disponer de un producto bajo protocolo estándar desde el punto de vista de los sistemas gestión que a su vez sea modulable y personalizable e introduzca las necesidades de negocio establecidas en el proyecto.
Este proyecto está siendo desarrollado en colaboración con AYESA (coordinador) y MOVELCO.
