The objective of the UNE 19601 standard is to establish a structure and methodology for the implementation of management systems in organisations, with the aim of reducing the organisation’s exposure to criminal risk and promoting a culture of crime prevention. On the other hand, ISO 37001 provides companies with a model for preventing, detecting and managing bribery and corruption throughout the organisation and its activities in compliance with the law.<\/p>\n
The UNE 19603 certification demonstrates that these subsidiaries comply with antitrust regulations by establishing a prevention and control system to identify and manage antitrust risks, ensuring that all employees act in accordance with applicable legislation.
