Grupo Cobra has been awarded a contract by ESB – through its subsidiary Harmony Solar Meath Limited\u2014for the development of the Milltown Solar Park, a photovoltaic facility with an installed capacity of approximately 130.24\u202fMWp.
\nThe project, located in Milltown and Moyagher Lower, County Meath (Ireland), covers an area of 121.5 hectares and will make a significant contribution to the country\u2019s clean energy targets, supporting the transition towards a low\u2011carbon economy.
\nGrupo Cobra will be responsible for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar panels and associated infrastructure, as well as for the operation and maintenance (O&M) services.
\nThis new contract adds to Cobra\u2019s growing project portfolio in Ireland, where the company is also constructing the 299\u202fMW Poolbeg open\u2011cycle power plant, located next to the Port of Dublin, which will help ensure grid stability and support the expansion of renewable energy in the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
