Assembly of a new section of conveyor belt (EMS 180), for the delivery of parts, the modification of two existing belts to cover the new process allocation, plant engineering for the new assembly tables and modification of the existing steering column subassembly area.
The work necessary to upgrade the capacity of the installations for B479 at the IP plant:
• A new system for the transport of parts through the installation and assembly of an EMS180 conveyor, including the necessary metal structure, mechanical and electrical installations, testing and start-up, plant engineering and network connection.
• Carrier design for the new EMS180 line, including the design of frames and fixture manufacture, installation, testing and start-up of prototypes.
